Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by CAF Pressure Washing ("us") to the client ("you" or "the Customer"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or engaging CAF Pressure Washing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

CAF Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Pressure washing

  • Soft washing

  • Driveway and concrete cleaning

  • Roof cleaning

  • Gutter cleaning

  • Exterior window cleaning

  • Solar panel cleaning

​

All services are provided with reasonable care and skill in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Quotes, Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes are based on the information supplied at the time of inspection or enquiry.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from those disclosed (e.g. excessive staining, unsafe access, additional surface area).

  • Any additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

  • A booking is confirmed once agreed in writing (including email or text confirmation).

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to request a deposit for larger jobs.

  • Late payments may incur reasonable recovery costs.

Cancellations & Weather

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • No cancellation fee will apply where weather prevents safe completion of the service.

Customer Responsibilities & Site Access

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to all service areas.

  • Ensure pets and children are secured away from work areas.

  • Remove fragile, valuable, or sensitive items from the service area.

  • Inform CAF of any pre-existing damage, delicate surfaces, loose materials, or prior repairs before work begins.

Failure to disclose known issues may limit liability.

Risk, Surface Condition & Results Disclaimer

Exterior cleaning and pressure washing may expose pre-existing damage including cracks, loose paint, deteriorated mortar, weakened roof tiles, or fragile surfaces.

By engaging CAF Pressure Washing, you acknowledge:

​

  • Some surfaces carry inherent risk due to age, wear, or structural condition.

  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing structural weaknesses, poor maintenance, or improper prior installations.

  • Certain stains (including rust, deep oil, tannins, and permanent discolouration) may not be fully removable.

  • No guarantee is made that all stains will be completely eliminated.

For solar panel cleaning, services are performed using appropriate low-pressure methods. CAF is not liable for pre-existing panel damage, electrical faults, or issues unrelated to the cleaning process.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CAF Pressure Washing’s liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and images remain the property of CAF Pressure Washing and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Changes to Terms

CAF Pressure Washing reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be published on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
